1 – Omfattning

Dessa villkor omfattar försäljning av Circus I love you AB och Osuuskunta Sirkus Aikamoinen för försäljning av evenemangsbiljetter och relaterade produkter.

Biljetter sålda för evenemang i Sverige och Frankrike säljs av Circus i love you AB.

Biljetter sålda i Finland säljs av Osuuskunta Sirkus Aikamoinen.

Dessa parter hänvisas hädanefter som Säljaren i text nedan. Ansvarig part som avses med Säljaren framgår av omsättningslandet för köpt produkt, alltså det land som biljetterna gäller för.

2 – Priser

Priser för produkter med omsättningsland Sverige anges i Svenska kronor. Priser för produkter med omsättningsland Finland och Frankrike anges i Euro. Priser är inklusive därtillhörande moms och andra eventuella skatter eller avgifter (nivå utifrån tidpunkt av beställning) såvida inte annat angett. Eventuella fraktkostnader tillkommer. 

Säljaren har rätt att när som helst ändra priserna, men produkten faktureras alltid utifrån gällande pris vid tidpunkten för bekräftelse av ordern, utifrån tillgång. 

Äganderätt för samtliga produkter tillfaller Säljaren tills dess att full betalning erlagts. Notera att: när produkten fysiskt har överlämnats till Köparen är köparen ansvarig för förlust eller skada på produkten.

3 – Beställning

På plats i biljettkassan vid entren till cirkustältet från 1 timme före föreställningens start.

Köpvillkor anges på svenska. De bekräftas senast vid tidpunkt för bekräftelse av order.

Article 4 – Validation of your order

Any order appearing on the website circusiloveyou.com implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data provided and the confirmation recorded will constitute proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of it.
The order confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

Article 5 – Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for your purchases is made by bank card using the secure Stripe.

Article 6 – Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.2005-59 of the Consumer Code, you do not have the right of withdrawal when it comes to show tickets.

Article 7- Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website circusiloveyou.com and within the limits of available stocks. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
In addition, the website circusiloveyou.com is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, the company reserves the right to refuse orders for 150 items.

Article 8 – Applicable law in case of disputes

The language of this contract is English. These conditions of sale are subject to the law of the country in which the company is liable for VAT on the product purchased.

Article 9 – Archive

The company will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy.
The computerized registers of the company will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
