Terms & conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for circus performances offered via the website (the “Website”).
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms.
2. Seller
Tickets are sold by the legal entity corresponding to the country of the event:

France: Cirque I love you EURL

Sweden: Circus I love you AB

Finland: Sirkus Aikamoinen
3. Ticketing Platform
Ticket sales are processed by Pretix, acting solely as a technical service provider. The purchase contract is concluded directly with the Seller.
4. Tickets

Tickets are non-personalized and transferable

Delivered electronically (e-ticket)

Each ticket contains a unique code
Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be rejected.
5. Pricing
Multiple pricing categories may apply (e.g. standard, reduced, children, group).
Customers must select the correct category. Proof may be required at entry.
Incorrect selection does not entitle the holder to a refund.
6. Order & Payment
Orders are final upon successful payment.
A confirmation email with tickets will be sent.
7. No Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, tickets for leisure events on a specific date are not subject to withdrawal rights.
All sales are final.
8. Weather & Cancellation
Performances take place under a tent.
In case of adverse weather (especially strong winds), the event may be delayed, interrupted, or cancelled.

If cancelled before start → refund or rescheduling may be offered

If interrupted after start → no refund guaranteed
9. Refund Policy
Except in case of cancellation:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

No refund for lateness, absence, or booking errors
10. Admission
Entry requires a valid ticket.
The organizer may refuse access in case of:

fraud
-
safety concerns
-
inappropriate behavior
11. Liability
The Seller is not liable for:

lost or stolen tickets
-
misuse of tickets
-
force majeure events
12. Governing Law
The law of the country of the event applies.
13. Disputes
Disputes shall first be handled amicably.
Courts of the Seller’s country have jurisdiction.
